Oread Angel Investors FAQs
What is an angel investor?
An angel investor is an individual who provides financial support to early-stage startups using their own funds. They are often among the first to invest in a new business, offering not just capital but also expertise, mentorship, and industry connections. Unlike venture capitalists, who manage pooled funds, angel investors typically invest personally and take a keen interest in the businesses they support. While these investments are high-risk due to the early stage of the companies, they can yield high rewards if the business succeeds, playing a crucial role in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.
